Normally, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you complete your purchase. However, there are instances when our customers raise concerns about not receiving their confirmation emails. This problem has arisen due to a variety of reasons, which are listed below.
- Email address entered incorrectly: Double-check the email address you provided during checkout to ensure that it is correct. A small typo or error in the email address could prevent the confirmation email from being delivered.
- Email in the spam or promotion folder: If it does not appear in your inbox, please check the spam/promotion folder of the correct email address associated with your order. Sometimes our email is incorrectly flagged, causing it to end up in your spam/promotion folder. In this case, you can open our email, mark it as important, and mark it as "not spam" to prevent the same problem from occurring again.
- Order not completed: If you did not receive a confirmation email, it's possible that your order was not completed or did not go through properly. The reason might be you have left the checkout page abruptly without letting the site complete and show the thank you confirming page. This led to your order being incomplete and the system will mark it as an abandoned cart. Please kindly contact the bank for further information.
