Please kindly note that our system only recognizes jpg, png, jpeg and heic files. Please make sure that the pictures you upload are in one of these formats.
If this problem persists, you can place your order using any pictures that can be uploaded. Then please send us the correct pictures for your ornament and your Order ID within 2 hours after your purchase so we can manually use your pictures to put on your ornaments.
