Please kindly understand that there is a transparent scratch-resistant film on the glossy side of our photo ornaments. This film is a little difficult to remove so we highly recommend that you use your fingernail or a paper knife to remove it. Rest assured that after removing the aforementioned film, the products will be as clear as the Preview you saw online.
