If your order is still within the policy period, the next step is to visit this link: https://agiftcustomized.com/pages/contact-us and fill out your Name, Email address, Order ID and specific modification request.
Or you can directly send your modification request to our email address: cs@agiftcustomized.com. Also, please remember to include your Order ID so we can facilitate your request faster.
