Can I cancel my order?

Hello, if you want to cancel an order you have just placed, please follow these simple steps:


1. Check the time policy for cancellation and the status of your order first.


Your order is only eligible to be cancelled within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.  


2. Visit our Contact Us page


If your order is still within the policy period, the next step is to visit this link: https://agiftcustomized.com/pages/contact-us and fill out your Name, Email address, Order ID and request.



Or you can directly send your request to our email address: cs@agiftcustomized.com. Also, please remember to include your Order ID so we can facilitate your request faster.


Once the cancellation is processed, we will send you another email to let you know that your refund will be back in your bank account in 1- 5 days.
