Our postal service can take some time to scan packages into their mail stream and update the tracking information. Please allow 10-12 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Most carriers aren't scanning packages and updating trackings frequently. Also, the shipping status will not be updated while the item is in transit and will be updated when the item arrives at one of the transshipment facilities. If there are no force majeure events, usually it will be updated in a few more days.
Here are some reasons behind tracking information may not be updated:
- Holiday Rush
- Delay on the part of the carrier
- Weather Conditions
- Package Not Scanned
- Packages are not scanned at intermediary stops
If it hasn’t been updated for 15 - 20 days, please contact our support team and one of our agents will assist you right away.
